    excellent curb side service

We ordered about 35 'Sunpatien plants online as well as a few other plants to be 'picked up curbside. The staff at Watsons picked out beautiful plants for us, exactly the colors we wanted, sizes, etc. I missed shopping for myself, but they did an excellent job picking them out for us. Pick up was very easy.. now i can plant. thank you!!!

    Clueless in Puyallup

My husband and I are very "green" when it comes to plants, and which ones would thrive in our yard. Larry came to our rescue and was so informative and took the time to help point us in the right direction for beautiful shrubs that would be perfect for our property.

    Great Shopping Experience

Went shopping with my dad to get some flowers and veggie plants. I really appreciated that you guys have an appointment system, rather than having people just show up and wait in a line. The appointment was easy to book and the store was not crowded at all. We didn’t have any trouble distancing from other shoppers. Employees were available and helpful. It was a great shopping experience.

    Love this place and staff

Watson has the friendliest and most helpful staff. Please protect them by wearing a mask when you go to shop. It may be your only outing, but they are exposed to multiple people.

    Happy and Relaxed

Hi, We just got back from your store, and as usual we had a lovely time in your store. One hour just isn't enough for the full Watson's experience, but that's totally OK and completely understandable. :) Will make another appt soon! Staff were in masks, and greeted us with muffled Hello's. We could see the smiles through their eyes. Protocol was easy to follow at the cashier, and the store was as beautiful as always! Happy Birthday to me, and can't wait to put our baskets together and fill our pots with our colorful and healthy selection. Thanks again, and we'll see you all again very soon!

    Annual Shopping Trip

Even during a pandemic, Watson’s staff and quality of plants never disappoints. Each time this year I plan a trip to my favorite nursery to purchase my hand picked hodge podge fuchsia basket and as always, end up purchasing so many more high quality flowers. Always a great selection to choose from and the staffs and service knowledge is top notch! Thank you Watson’s for being open during COVI19. Spending a hour shopping for plants is just the break from this crazy world that I needed. See you soon!

    Incredible selection, great safety regulations

We went to Watson’s today with an appointment during the Covid-19 crisis. We were very impressed with the selection of plants and the concern for social distancing and safety. One worker in particular helped us multiple times to find the plants we were looking for and walked us over to the section to be sure it was easy to find (because, seriously, the selection is MASSIVE). We will definitely be back in less restrictive times to see and buy all the things. Thanks, Watson’s, for being available during this tough time.

It was a mixed bag of anxiety, disbelief and enjoyment...

I believe we were able to get everything we needed for the season and had some fun moments. We livestreamed our trip for our elderly parents in Colorado and Iowa so they could get out of their homes, worries and fears for awhile. It gave them a chance to visit while watching their self proclaimed favorite children, the foliage, sculptures and gardening gear drift by. We went extra slow at times so they could focus on what we were passing. Other times we were spinning in circles trying to find what we were looking for and maintain social distancing with other customers and employees. They got a kick out of our antics and we even danced for them at one point. It was interesting to hear them point out that some of the employees were not wearing masks and they were concerned that other customers weren't wearing masks and many passed by us far too close for their comfort (and ours too - despite doing our best to avoid breaking social distancing minimums). It seemed like some of the customers or employees just didn't care or think they needed to worry, even intentionally tempting fate by approaching closer than 6 feet, which is a huge concern as a healthcare provider myself. We're working on having all people that refuse to use PPE to carry a card that indicates they also refuse medical care if they do get sick, be it from Novel CoV, COVID19 and/or something entirely less serious due to the fact that there are serious shortages of necessary PP gear and equipment for healthcare workers. The people that disregard the dangers of themselves being asymptomatic carriers and getting others sick that also choose to not wear PPE are simply being selfish, willfully ignorant, and arrogant. Our parents have all been on shelter at home orders by a combination of their own volition based on their medical backgrounds and strong recommendations from their general practitioners during the pandemic. My mother is a retired RN, my father a PhD, in laws sheet metal worker and medical billing specialist before their retirements. Even the tough old sheet metal worker got hot and made comments about people being careless. What they say about the old tradesmen is true, tough as nails when they need to be but softies at heart. Especially for their favorite kids! We like shopping at Watson's but will not be back in the near future, pandemic or not. I truly hope that contact tracing does not lead back to your store. That would be a tough one to stomach.

Great to shop, but too many people

This was my second shopping appointment. My first was wonderful with perhaps 6 shoppers. Today there were too many people and providing physical distance seemed to be difficult for some. Perhaps one-way isles, suggesting masks (and workers wearing masks) would make it safer for all.

    Calming and Satisfying

Amid COVID crisis; plants, outdoors, creativity in potting your spring blooms, so calming and overwhelmingly freeing.
