Knowledgeable and Helpful

Advice from Kristy was very good. I have used Westgate for many years. The only thing I find difficult is remembering what and when I have wormed, I need quarterly reminders as I have 5 horses including foals. Kristy made some suggestions to help going forward. Kind thanks for the great service ????

phone consultation review

I would thoroughly recommend a phone consultation with Westgate Labs. Booking was easy and convenient and Kristy phoned me at exactly the prearranged time. Kristy was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. She also answered all my questions. After the phone call I was sent a worming plan for the next year and relevant fact sheets. I wasn't asked or encouraged to buy anything or sign up to anything so there is no hard sell to worry about. I now feel much more confident about worming my youngster and know that I have had expert and up to date advice.

Great Service

I booked a phone consultation as I needed to get my yard working plan back on track. Kirsty called me at the agreed time and was ever so helpful. She was very understanding and formulated an effective plan for worming my yard of horses and even took the time to email me over everything in writing! I am so grateful to finally have a working plan I can stick to. Thank you!

The call was on time. Kirsty was very informative, helpful and very reassuring. I didn't have the most straight forward case for her to advise on but ive come away feeling confident reassured and look forward to recieving our first worm kit. Kirsty rightly advised on the monthly subscription which is hood value for money and it will take alot of pressure off. Many thanks again Kirsty

New Owner Introductory Call

Very pleased with the experience so far. An easy to navigate, clearly laid out website with excellent on line tools e.g., the 'how to take a sample' videos and a seamless booking system if you feel the need to speak to one of the expert advisors (as I did). On that note, thank you to Kristy H. who called me today to run through some background on my horse and work out what would be the best testing regime for me. A professional, helpful and friendly service. Very good. Thank you.
