Can’t complain
I’ve been working with Daniel while training as a collegiate athlete. He has helped me stay in shape during off season. And not just that but helped me build strength as well. This is an individual that knows what he’s saying. You won’t be disappointed.

Top strength coach/ personal trainer
Daniel has single-handedly helped me on my journey to move, feel, and look better. He’s constantly holding me accountable and teaching me ways to sustain a healthy lifestyle. Daniel breaks down movement patterns and teaches me proper progression through every lift and exercise. He’s creative and finds ways to challenge me even on my toughest weeks when I feel like I’ve hit a plateau. He’s very conscious about my form because of his knowledge and background in exercise science and biomechanics. Always full of energy and never fails to turn my day around with his ability to coach and energize others. Highly recommend this guy, helped me put on 9 pounds of lean muscle in 4 months and also helped me cut down some body fat by 6%.

Its nuts!!
I cannot not stress how serious Daniel takes his practice. You can literally ask this guy a million “dumb questions”…which he swears are not dumb lol AND he would still have answers for you! It got so bad I thought the guy was making it up but no, my man DEFINITELY does his research!! He has helped me in my athletic journey so much, I honestly can’t thank him enough!

Fitness plan 2021-2022
Daniel from fitness technique is an amazing trainer ! I came to him during the pandemic because I was new to my fitness journey and navigating the gym and I needed help. He started me off with a really simple plan and then gradually increased based off what I wanted to improve and how he could help me overall . I felt comfortable going to him with what I was struggling with and he made sure to check in and motivate me. I would definitely do another plan with him, he’s amazing and I would get plenty of compliments on how my body was changing .10/10 recommend
