About the company

I'm a qualified yoga teacher, with Yoga Alliance. Trained in Hatha and   Trauma Informed Restorative yoga. I mainly work from a beautiful private barn in Langtoft Fen, near Stamford and Peterborough. It's a beautiful, peaceful setting.     Transformative

    Caroline's yoga classes and her calming demeanour have the power to transform your day (and I believe your life) clearing and shifting any negativity or 'blockages' both in the mind and the physical body. Her mantra of 'looking after your body' is seemingly simple but in my years of yoga is a totally new approach (apparently forcing yourself into poses/practises and pain isn't a part of yoga...) The combination of a slightly faster pace Hatha, followed by much needed restorative and meditative practices, with undertones of fascinating philosophy and anatomy leaves you feeling energised, restored and with an overarching sense of calm and peacefulness. I cannot recommend this enough.

    Hatha + Restorative = Blissful Saturday

    The combination of Hatha followed by Restorative really is the best start to the weekend. Caroline always teaches a fabulous Hatha class which is comprehensive, engaging and joy filled. She gently extends the range of those with more yoga experience whilst nurturing those who are just starting their yoga journey. For me, following this with the Restorative class which is a beautifully calming experience for body and mind really is an unbeatable combination.
