Eldercare facilities (e.g., nursing homes and assisted living retirement communities) need a mobile notary more than you may realize. Residents will no longer be stressed over time sensitive documents, in turn enjoying all activities their facility has to offer. We can assist residents with mailing of documents as well, upon request.
Once the service is booked, you will be emailed an invoice to pay online. Otherwise, please call to pay.
Pricing: (Mileage is calculated from Alpharetta, GA 30009)
Notarial Act: $2.00 each
Base Travel Fee: $35.00 Up to 5 Miles
$2 per Mile after 5 Miles
Things to Note: This service must go through the Eldercare's Facility's Social Service Worker, Patient Advocate and/or Ombudsman Program if applicable.

Patients in Health Care Facilities can be very ill, heavily medicated or impaired, therefore notarizing requires additional time, care and skill. As such, significant medical documents may need to be notarized in a timely manner. We come to you, schedule extra time, and prepare for any signature alternatives for the patient. So, stay at the bedside of your love ones and book an appointment with Facility Notary Services.
