Overview Reading This reading provides a look at the main areas of your life and shows you what themes are influencing you right now, their links to the past and what the future offers by way of opportunity. I use the Osho Zen cards as a focus for the session which is recorded and you are welcome to take a photo of the cards as they are laid out. These readings take around an hour.

Comprehensive Reading This reading provides an in depth reflection of your life and the factors which are impacting on it. It provides more time for you to ask questions and explore some of the key things that emerge from the reading with me, during the session. I use the Osho Zen cards as a focus for the session during which we can explore the questions you bring in addition to what is revealed during the reading. These sessions also provide opportunity for loved ones in the spirit world to come through during the session. These sessions take up to 90 minutes.

Therapeutic Reading In this session, you bring a difficulty you are experiencing in your life that you would like to gain a psycho-therapuetic perspective on. I will then help you to understand the factors which are influencing the problem, where they began and offer some practical tips on how to support yourself through the difficulty. I will be drawing on my experience as a counsellor and therapist as well as using the Osho Zen cards as a focus for the session. These sessions take up to 90 minutes and you must come with a difficulty in mind.

4th Quarter Fitness was and created by Mike Coleman, who is a former NFL athlete and six times collegiate all-American between track and football! His concept of mixing High-Intensity Workouts and weight training over four separate quarters provides practical and proving results! The 4th quarter method has optimized levels depending on your skillset, but most importantly, it challenges you in the gym, which places value in your day-to-day life!

Mike Coleman was born and raised in the Southbridge neighborhood of Wilmington, De where it was instilled to work hard as well as figuring out how to work well with conflict.  He graduated from Delcastle High-School and went on to attend Widener University, where he excelled in track & field and football and was later drafted into the NFL by the Atlanta Falcons. What Mike enjoys most besides family time is anything interactive and positively motivating within different communities, schools, Rec Centers, or any public forums which allow him to engage with individuals and groups to inspire and encourage everyone through life’s adversities!
