This event is essential for us, as it serves as a practice day for our team. They will prepare to welcome the community on the Grand opening day on July 14th. To ensure everyone enjoys their visit, please select a 15-minute time slot that suits you. Each slot will accommodate 20 guests, ensuring a smooth flow. We welcome your generous donation to our local first responders. The Firehouse Public Safety Foundation provides lifesaving equipment grants to our local first responders.We look forward to seeing you and sharing this exciting day!

These are monthly sessions designed to help you sustain high-performance in a high-pressure project environment. The sessions are led by you and can have any focus you like. For example, you may want to set goals and a learning plan, talk through a challenges or frustration, or just go for a walk and get some exercise. 

There are three main reasons for getting coaching from one of our experts:1. Getting clear on where you want to go, what you want to achieve, and how to get there.2. Navigating an immediate challenge, getting some fresh thinking, and making a breakthrough.3. Coach the coach - mentoring to become a better coach and leader. While there are many different models, coaching is essentially a cyclical process which at the core consists of three phases; planning, taking action and reflection. With every cycle, additional value is created through deeper reflection, understanding and adaptation of practice. 

Sessions offered specifically to ThinkPlace Global team members. Keep momentum and motivation high, navigate immediate challenges, get some fresh thinking or another perspective.
