Philip earned his degree in physiotherapy from Ulster University in 2013, prior to this he graduated in the specialist musculoskeletal course, Athletic Therapy and Training from Dublin City University, Ireland. Philip has special interest in rehabilitation, exercise-based interventions and remote healthcare. He began his career working in private practice in greater London, before moving to the NHS where he covered a variety of physiotherapy roles. He then moved to the USA where he expanded his knowledge by working with orthopaedic and musculoskeletal patients in Chicago. He has now returned to Wexford, Ireland where he has re-commenced private practice in a busy clinic combined with community rehabilitation. As well as Physio Fast Online, Philip also holds positions in freelance medical editing and online physiotherapy education.

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 25 years of musculoskeletal experience within the NHS. My key areas of expertise are with the Management of Spinal Pain, and Long-term Painful Musculoskeletal Conditions for Adults.
I qualified at Kings College London in 1986 and have a broad range of experience working in Acute Hospitals, Community outpatient clinics and GP Practices. I initially worked in London until 2000. I then spent 3 years Lecturing in Physiotherapy. At this time I also achieved my Masters Degree in Pain Management. I then started a family and moved to Gloucestershire where I worked clinically and as Team Lead for NHS Musculoskeletal Community Outpatient Physiotherapy Services, and subsequently as Clinical Lead for Musculoskeletal Advanced Practitioner Services.

Lisa is Canadian physiotherapist who trained in the UK and Canada. Prior to studying Physiotherapy, Lisa completed a BSc in Kinesiology which initiated her passion for working with athletes across the athletic spectrum. Lisa is our Women’s Health Specialist Physio treating a wide arrange of conditions such as pregnancy-related back pain, urinary incontinence, diastatis rectus, pelvic girdle pain and counselling women through the menopause. Lisa has a special interest in post-natal return to exercise and she is the go-to for any woman’s post-natal return to exercise assessment. When she isn't working Lisa is a keen CrossFitter and believes strength and conditioning plays a vital role in improving women's lives.
