Counselling is a process in which a professional counsellor enables individuals, couples, and families to accomplish desired goals. These goals can be either wellness, mental health, career, or educational. Clients are expected to describe their situation, and how they feel about it, then only the counsellor can assist the client in resolving the problem addressed. The purpose of counselling is to improve performance via direct communication and problem-solving.  Achieve your goals through our Counselling Services.

Therapy generally focuses on the client as an individual. Therapy is a type of treatment that aims to alleviate emotional discomfort and mental health issues. It entails investigating and learning about the life choices and challenges that individuals, couples, or families encounter. Therapy would most likely provide emotional support as well as assist them in developing strategies to manage their mental health. It also assists individuals who are dealing with interpersonal issues, feels trapped in their work, or feel detached from the people around them. In order to enhance some aspects of their life, the client must collaborate with the counselor.

Coaching is a type of facilitation. The coach's duty is to lead the client to their own discoveries, insights, and objectives. Coaching primarily focuses on defined objectives and quantifiable successes, with the client taking an active role and bearing the majority of the responsibility for achieving these goals. Coaching focuses on unlocking untapped potential and assisting clients in achieving the objectives they set for themselves. Coaches place a greater emphasis on the practical. With each session, they assist their clients in connecting their awareness to action, taking tangible steps toward their objective.
