La séanceVenez participer au cours collectif de stretching ! Le stretching est une activité très relaxante et bénéfique pour le corps ! Méthodes d’étirements, décontraction musculaire, travail de la souplesse et de la respiration, les exercices de stretching procurent une détente corporelle profonde. Imaginez-vous dans une salle lumineuse et apaisante. Le cours de stretching commence par des exercices de respiration pour se détendre et se concentrer. Ensuite, on enchaîne avec des mouvements lents et progressifs pour étirer les muscles en profondeur.
