Getting hands-on, we share just how easy it can be to make great tasting coffee at home. Showcasing three different brewers we cover a wide range of brewing styles, including the French Press, Clever Dripper, the V60 Pourover and the AeroPress.

Perfect for beginners or new hires, follow the journey of coffee from fruit to cup.

Join us as we offer an insight into what it takes to take a fruit grown in the tropics and turn it into the beverage we enjoy each day. Exploring our own origin photography catalogue and tasting a range of different coffees, participants will gain a deeper understanding into what makes the product you work with so diverse.

No previous experience is necessary, but enthusiasm is recommended.

امروزه ماساژ ورزشی به جزء جدایی ناپذیر رژیم‌های ورزشی مختلف تبدیل شده است. این نوع ماساژ امروزه در کلینیک‌های مختلف ورزشی و همچنین دانشگاه‌های مختلف مورد استفاده قرار گرفته و آموزش‌های آن به دانشجویان و کار جویان داده می‌شود. مردم دیگر می‌دانند که ورزش فقط انجام حرکات مختلف نیست و باید بعد از انجام آن از آسیب‌ها جلوگیری شود. مزایای فیزیولوژیکی و روانی ماساژ آن را به یک مکمل ایده‌آل برای یک برنامه کامل ورزشی تبدیل کرده است.

هر فردی که به طور معمول ورزش می‌کند، ورزش‌هایی مانند دویدن، دوچرخه سواری، شنا، تمرینات قدرتی، راکت و ایروبیک و غیره باید از ماساژ نیز استفاده کند.

ماساژ ورزشی فواید زیادی دارد و به شما کمک خواهد کرد که بدنتان سریع‌تر به شکل اولیه برگشته و شما با سختی و درد کمتری مواجه شوید که نتیجه آن بهبود سریع بعد از انجام تمرینات سخت می‌باشد.

تکنیک‌های ماساژ ورزشی:

درمانگر‌ها از تکنیک‌های مختلفی در ماساژ ورزشی استفاده می‌کنند که این تکنیک‌ها بر اساس نوع ورزش و نیاز بدن ماساژ گیرنده انتخاب می‌شود. شما باید برای انجام ماساژ ورزشی به درمانگر‌های مخصوص این نوع ماساژ مراجعه کنید و یا از دستگاه‌های ماساژور استفاده کنید.

ماساژ ورزشی معمولاً شامل استفاده از یک یا چند تکنیک می‌باشد که در زیر به آن‌ها اشاره خواهیم کرد:

1- ماساژ سوئدی:

برای کاربردهای خاص عضلانی از تکنیک‌های ماساژ سوئدی استفاده می‌شود.

2- ماساژ فشرده:

از فشرده سازی ریتمیک به منظور ایجاد نرم کنندگی و راحتی در بافت‌ها استفاده می‌شود.

3- ماساژ Cross-Fiber:

از تکنیک‌های اصطکاکی این نوع ماساژ برای ایجاد کشش بیشتر در عضلات بزرگ استفاده می‌شود. همچنین برای ایجاد اصطحکاک ارزی و کاهش چسبندگی کمک به افزایش انعطاف‌پذیری از آن بهره برده می‌شود.

4- ماساژ Tender Point:

در تکنیک‌های این نوع ماساژ از انگشتان دست برای از بین بردن اسپاسم‌های عضلانی و درد‌های شدید بهره برده می‌شود.

5- ماساژ لنفاوی:

در ماساژ ورزشی از تکنیک‌های لنفاوی برای بهبود اعصاب و تخلیه بهتر مایع لنفاوی بدن استفاده می‌شود.

فواید ماساژ ورزشی:

انجام منظم ماساژ ورزشی می‌تواند فواید زیر را به دنبال داشته باشد:

این‌ها فقط فوایدی بودند که مخصوص ماساژ ورزشی هستند و شما نباید فراموش کنید که با انجام این نوع ماساژ تمامی فواید ماساژ درمانی نیز عاید شما خواهد شد. فوایدی مانند بهبود گردش خون، کاهش تنش، کاهش درد، کاهش میزان استرس و اضطراب و… .

معمولا در انجام ماساژ ورزشی درمانگرها به آسیب‌های که پیش از این به شما وارد شده است نیز توجه کرده و تکنیک‌هایی را به کار می‌برند که شما دیگر دچار این آسیب‌ها نشوید. پس می‌توان گفت که با انجام این نوع ماساژ، شما احتمال دوباره آسیب دیدن را در یک نقطه از بین می‌برد.

حوزه‌های ماساژ ورزشی:

ماساژ ورزشی شامل سه حوزه مختلف است. این حوزه‌ها عبارتند از:

برنامه پیشگیری و نگهداریدرمان در محل، قبل و پس از یک رویداد ورزشیبرنامه‌های توانبخشی برای کسانی که در طول یک رویداد آسیب دیده‌اند.

همانگونه که اشاره شد شما نباید ماساژ ورزشی را خودتان انجام دهید، حتی کسانی که تخصص کافی ندارند نباید این نوع ماساژ را بر روی اندام‌های مختلف بدن تان انجام دهند. برای انجام این نوع ماساژ بدن، فقط باید به مراکز ماساژ درمانی مراجعه کنید و یا یک درمانگر مخصوص برای خود داشته باشد.

TRX（Total Body Resistance Exercise）是一懸吊式阻抗訓練。

其多變既特性，透過運用訓練者自身既重量，能鍛鍊身體不同部位既肌肉，媲美健身中心器材效果。

由於TRX訓練器材輕巧、容易安裝，適合教練／學員攜帶到不同地方進行練習。
