Diagnosis and treatment including manual manipulation of the joints and musculoskeletal system

DanceFit is our dance program. It focuses on fun and fitness, with no ‘downtime’ learning choreography, the exercise session emphasises continual movement, where dances are built upon base movements. The choreography is layered to allow students to build more complex movements gradually, while also focussing on increasing cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility.

'Chi'Lettos is a combination of sassy, sexy movements performed in a heeled shoe. All levels are welcomed.

Power Hip-Hop is energetic, strong and mirrors a pro-dance style.

IsoSmooth Hip Hop involves isolation movements that are fun and powerful, transitioning to smooth movements.

Perfect for those who can skate forwards, backward, and stand on one foot, this class will take your moves to the next level.
