Die HRV (Herzfrequenzvariabilität, VNS-Analyse) misst die Fitness Deines autonomen Nervensystems. Sie wird zu den besten objektiven Messwerten für die Regeneration und damit Belastbarkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft Deines Körpers gezählt. In diesem Artikel erfährst Du alles, was Du über die HRV Messung wissen musst:Der Herzschlag wird von der inneren Uhr, der Atmung, von Emotionen und von äußeren Einflüssen gesteuert; d. h., das Herz reagiert unmittelbar auf alles, was der Mensch im Außen erlebt und im Inneren denkt und fühlt mit fein abgestimmten Veränderungen (Variationen) der Herzschlagfolge. So steigt die Herzfrequenz bei körperlicher Anstrengung oder Stress und sinkt in Ruhe oder während des Schlafens.Dieses Phänomen nennt man Herzratenvariabilität, abgekürzt HRV.Die HRV beschreibt also die Fähigkeit des Herzens, den zeitlichen Abstand von einem Herzschlag zum nächsten laufend zu verändern und sich so flexibel ständig wechselnden Herausforderungen anzupassen. Sie ist ein Maß für die allgemeine Anpassungsfähigkeit eines Organismus. Die Steuerung geschieht durch das Aktivieren des Sympathikus (im Sinne der Anspannung) und des Parasympathikus (im Sinne der Erholung). Verantwortlich für das Beschleunigen oder Entschleunigen des Herzschlages ist das autonome Nervensystem (Shaffer et al., 2014; McCraty & Shaffer, 2015). Sie errechnet sich aus den millisekundengenauen Abständen zwischen den einzelnen Herzschlägen eines Menschen. Je variabler der Herzschlag, desto gesünder der Organismus. In der heutigen Ernährung haben wir meistens einen starken Überschuss an entzündungsfördernden Omega-6-Fettsäuren und einen Mangel an entzündungshemmenden Omega-3-Fettsäuren.Die Omega-3-Fettsäuren EPA und DHA senken den Blutdruck, verbessern die kognitive Funktion, wirken entzündungshemmend und schmerzlindernd und reduzieren das Risiko für ganz verschiedene Erkrankungen.Bevor sich die Ernährungsgewohnheiten so stark verändert haben und die Menschen einen hohen Anteil an industriell veränderten Lebensmitteln gegessen haben, war es normal, dass man ein Verhältnis von Omega-6 zu Omega-3 von 1:1 im Körper hatte. Wenn man heute Messungen dazu durchführt, liegt das Verhältnis im Durchschnitt bei 15:1, also deutlich mehr Omega-6 als Omega-3. Omega-3 kommt in Form der hochwertigen Fettsäuren EPA und DHA ausschließlich in maritimen Quellen vor, also in Mikroalgen und Fischen. Die Vorstufen kommen zum Beispiel in Nüssen und Samen und in Leinöl vor, können daraus aber nur zu 1-10% zu EPA und DHA umgewandelt werden. Nach dem Termin erhalten Sie innerhalb weniger Tage per e-Mail einen ausführlichen Befund, der Ihnen das Ergebnis erläutert. Wir arbeiten mit einem zertifizierten Labor zusammen, welches einen hohen Qualitätsstandard gewährleistet. Mit Hilfe des Befundes besprechen wir mit Ihnen, ob und in welcher Dosierung eine Zufuhr von EPA und DHA empfehlenswert wäre und wann eine Kontrollmessung sinnvoll wäre.
