An Amazing Time!

We had Cowboy and LG as our tour guides and it was so much fun!! The vibes were high and energetic throughout the whole tour!

Poor communication and business skills

The pub cycle company’s site wouldn’t work for inputting thegotspot coupons I purchased. They told me to book anyways, and they would refund me. It took 6 weeks to get any response and the $200 refund. Our first cycle was rescheduled due to rain, but it took them 3 weeks to respond about rescheduling a date. We rescheduled, and unfortunately, it thunderstormed for that cycle too, and it had to be canceled. It’s been 2 weeks with zero communication, and our group has paid $650 that we would just like a refund for at this point due to lack of communication and frustrations with this company.

I felt there should have been a specific time / place that we would be picked up at instead of being early and no where to go and also being told by our driver that we should never show up early again. I felt uncomfortable knowing our driver and bartender was high and drinking our alcohol the whole time. Will never do this again I am extremely disappointed especially because I spent $400 for this.

Jess was fantastic!!!

What a great way to spend our last Mom’s Weekend on a Illini Pubcycle! It was a great time to spend with Moms and Kids to celebrate their 4 years together! Jess made the day even better as an attentive tender who also stopped whenever we needed. The pub cycle was the highlight of our weekend! Thanks to Jess for making it so special!

Uncomfortable Ride

Unfortunately our ride felt uncomfortable due to the bartender we were issued. Throughout the ride he would try to take control of the music and when his music came on he would make us even more uncomfortable with his dancing. He would also try to get us to speak Spanish and force it out of us as we were a majorly Latinx group. We felt uncomfortable the entire ride as our group was 15 women, we wanted to enjoy a celebration of the organization we were in but that was stunted by said bartender. There were moments where we had to assert ourselves and had to have our guards up the entire trip. We have done a pubcycle before that was amazing, but this time ruined our perspective of future ones we may have. Instead of enjoying our ride and celebrating our moments, we felt uncomfortable.

Work Outing

We rented a couple bikes with coworkers for a work outing after work hours. It was a blast! Cowboy was our bartender and he was really entertaining! Also enjoyed being able to hook up to their Bluetooth speakers and the ability to play music that we wanted to!

So much fun!

I went with my coworkers and we had a great time. It was super fun and worth the money! We rode with Tim and Mark. I would definitely 10/10 recommend. He had the best playlist and had the vibes going all night. They were very kind to us all and made sure we had a blast! Definitely going to be booking again soon! This ride was the perfect pregame! Please go with them if you want to have fun.
