Trainees will emerge from this session with a strong knowledge in how to process, analyze, and act on managerial forms of communication in a professional manner. Categories: Communication Basics, Ways to Communication, Listening, Presentation Category Descriptions: Communication Basics: Using a basic model of communication, trainees will be taught how to analyze communication from the perspective of the one sending the message and consequently act in a courteous manner. Ways to Communicate: This category of the module covers different types of communication platforms and addresses how employees must adapt their reactions to each of these platforms in order to maintain coherence and optimize performance. Listening:  As the most essential form of communication, listening skills are tantamount to the performance of any employee in any work environment.
