PLEASE READ: You will learn paddleboard basics before paddling out onto the river then be led through a relaxing, yet core engaging flow. Class will end with a floating meditation and Savasana alongside a gorgeous sunset, one for the books!

Whether you have never tried SUP before or are an expert, join us for this incredible way to enjoy RVA and our beloved James River. Child's pose is always welcome throughout class; you are free to do as little or try out as much as you'd like on the board.
Beginners and advanced yogis alike - this is a wonderful way for any level to ignite your practice as we break down poses and focus on our foundation to balance on the board. You’ll practice core engagement and develop a heightened awareness of the muscles at work. We always encourage playtime as well for you to practice all your favorite asanas!
PRICE: $30/person
Includes all equipment including board and 1hr 45min of SUP & Yoga enjoyment.
WHAT TO WEAR: Wear what you feel comfortable in: bathing suit and/or athletic shorts/leggings - anything goes! Shoes are optional but we encourage bare feet. If you don't want to get wet, you don't have to! The boards are extremely stable and you don't have to try anything crazy, completely up to you!
WHAT TO BRING: Water, cash and/or card if you can't pay via Venmo (@Liz_Bowden). We also take Apple Pay.
Waterfront will provide everything else: the Boards, lifejackets, paddles, and safety!
You are more than welcome to bring your phone or a camera —We recommend a waterproof case or pouch.
MEETING POINT: 615 Tredegar St. Richmond, VA 23219, at the river entrance across the street from the Civil War Museum parking lot. You can’t miss us!
PARKING: Belle Isle parking lot, Civil War Museum lot ($3/hour), and on 5th street.
*Arrive AT LEAST 10 minutes before class starts so we can get out on the water in due time! If you arrive 15 minutes after class you may not attend for safety and courtesy reasons.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Because space is limited, cancellation is required 48hrs before class time so everyone can have a chance to flow.

The Hunk Express will pick up the Bachelorette/Birthday girl and her friends at her home, hotel, or vacation rental in Nashville. The bus will have 2 of Nashville's sexiest male dancers ready to get you in the party mood! The bus will drop you off right in the heart of the action on Broadway in EPIC form! Bus capacity is 26. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT FOR The Hunk Express LLC 1. in consideration for receiving permission to participate on The Hunk Express LLC, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, The Hunk Express LLC their officers, agents, servants, assigns or employees (hereinafter referred to as RELEASEES) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, theft or injury, including death, to person or property, that may be sustained by me and/or other family members that are utilizing the transportation service.. By participating on the Hunk Express, LLC, I understand that there will be male dancer(s) on the vehicle and that the dancer(s) may or may not be fully clothed. I also understand that by boarding the vehicle, I intend to engage with the dancer(s) and I acknowledge that the engagement may include physical contact and potentially sexually suggestive comments by dancer(s). 5. I further hereby AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in said activity, WHETHER CAUSED BY MY NEGLIGENCE, NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise. 6. I understand that The Hunk Express LLC does not maintain any insurance policy, other than fleet insurance coverage, covering any circumstance arising from my participation in this event or any activity associated with or facilitating that participation. As such, I am aware that I should review my personal insurance portfolio. 7. It is my express intent that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind my spouse and/or other members of my family, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the above-named RELEASEES. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Venue shall be proper for any action related this Waiver of Liability in the state trial courts of Davidson County, Tennessee. 8. Once your ticket is emailed to you, you can show that emailed ticket (paper or on your phone) to our team anytime between 9PM and 1AM as long as seats are still available.
