£65A 90 minute combination treatment of massage and face/hand or foot reflexology. Or a supercharged reflexology session working on the face, hands and feet!   Choose your combination of treatments to suit your own needs.

If you've been having problems with a known injury or an unknown issue and are looking for some guidance, some treatment and rehabilitation this initial appointment allows me to carry out some diagnostic tests, carry out different treatment modalities and advise you on exercises/mobility work you can do at home to help - £50

Once you've had your initial appointment, follow up treatments will form part of your ongoing management programme or treatment plan and may include a range of treatment modalities to suit your needs from hands on treatment to  exercise based rehabilitation where required - £38
