This traditional massage helps ease muscular tension and stimulate circulation with pressure customized to each client

A 90 minute massage allows for more time for relaxation or more time to focus on problem areas the client may have. It is also suggested when getting any additional service add on.

A 2 hour massage is intended for clients who may have problem areas that want to be focused on as well as a full body massage.

The Nuru or Body to Body Massage begins with a masseuse taking off all of his or her clothes. They place massage oil over the customer's and their own body. The massage oil that is used has no taste or odor. The masseuse then begins to rub his or her body onto the customer.

I have been a massage therapist for 19 years. I can feel when your muscles are tight, knotted, weakened, or are being inhibited (or stuck) by your fascia, and I am trained in how to bring your muscles back to their healthy resting length. 

Together, we will loosen your muscles, unstick your fascia, remove your knots, and help weakened muscles gain traction again. 

I offer both relaxation and deep tissue massage, but no need to decide that now. When you arrive for your appointment, we will discuss what’s going on with you and design our time together to fit what you need.
