I take care to understand and talk with you about your experiences. Together we gently explore sources of pain or stress, and decide on the best strategies for reducing stress.

This is a 60 minute session with transition time included. BCST is a non-invasive hands-on treatment for the whole body, especially the nervous system. Clients are fully clothed and can choose to receive the session sitting in a chair or laying down on massage table. More info about accessibility and how I practice BCST here.
