Alors ; L’intention et l’énergie du Reiki travaillent en synergie pour apporter des améliorations sur le plan subtil, qui à terme se concrétisent sur le plan matériel !Déroulement : 1. Une  prise de contact en début de séance, pour échanger sur les attentes et les besoins à travailler ensemble (Visio, ou éventuellement téléphone)2. La séance de Reiki à distance en soi : Vous êtes installés confortablement et là où vous souhaitez, et recevez l'énergie du Reiki ! Vous pouvez en profiter pour vous laisser vaquer à vos pensées, prendre du temps pour vous pour une introspection, ou alors vous détendre devant un bon livre ! 3. Une quinzaine de minutes plus tard, je vous envoie un message pour vous informer de la fin de la scéance. Nous reprenons alors contact pour conclure, que vous exprimiez éventuellement vos impressions.4. Après la séance, pensez à vous hydrater un peu plus qu'à l'habitude !Note : Vous pouvez évidemment faire tout ce que vous souhaite pour vous mettre à l'aise avant et durant la séance ! Par exemple, vous ancrer, faire appel à vos guides, ange gardien, ou Dieu ; pour qu'il vous accompagne au long de ce petit bout de voyage ! Vous pourriez aussi vous allumer un encens, écouter une petite musique douce en arrière fond...
