IROB001 Explore robotics and programming will let children aged 5 to 7 build basic robot models and go through programming concepts with our experienced coaches in live video conferencing sessions. 

 

We deliver a Lego WeDo 2.0 to your door, which is brand new for 2020 and has 32 projects to build, code and experiment with. There are projects to complete that cover principles of coding basics, physics and engineering along with sustainability, empathy and more.

Классы по FLYING LOW для среднего уровня занимающихся, важна анатомическая техника бега, выстроенное тело, владение навыками работы с полом, внимание к деталям. 

Автор техники David Zambrano, который продолжает ее совершенствовать и развивать. Татьяна с 2009 года совершенствует технику и в 2018 году получила официальное разрешение на преподавание Flying Low & Passing Through в России. 

* Эта техника не ограничивается изучением движения и принципами ухода в пол, она многогранна, включает в себя философские мысли, это поможет менять себя повседневно, используя навыки FL.

Мы будем стремиться использовать разные качества движения, принципы инерции, гравитации, силу реакции опоры так, чтобы грамотно распределять силы и выносливость.

Мы научимся исследовать путь движения, использовать свой вес, положение частей тела в пространстве, анализировать ощущения и эмоции, которые тоже влияют на наше качество движения.

Урок состоит из нескольких частей: это разогрев через игру и базовые технические принципы современного танца, импровизации, а также небольшая танцевальная фраза.

Мы будем идти от простого к сложному, ключевой идеей является анатомическое, осознанное движение, скорость и момент полета.

La séances Love Energetics:

 

Avant de débuter la séance, le thérapeute prendra un moment pour échanger avec vous. Cela lui permettra de préciser vos intentions relatives au soin, ainsi que de répondre à vos questions. La séance qui dure environ une heure, se déroule dans des conditions agréables. Le soin est exempt de toute manipulation physique. Il ne vous est pas nécessaire d’enlever vos vêtements.

Avant d’être confortablement allongé sur une table à massage, le thérapeute vous demandera de rester debout quelques moments, afin de procéder à l’alignement de votre posture. Durant la séance, vous serez invité à échanger vos ressentis. Pour le thérapeute, ce partage est précieux puisque cela l’aidera à déterminer les zones de votre corps nécessitant tout particulièrement de l’énergie.

Tout au long du soin, une sensation de détente et de bien-être s’installera progressivement en vous, entraînant la diminution des tensions et douleurs. Une fois la séance terminée, un moment vous sera alloué pour revenir à vous et vous relever tranquillement de la table à massage. Le thérapeute vous invitera ensuite à partager vos impressions et répondra à toutes vos questions. Vous constaterez que les effets du soin sont immédiats. Le travail énergétique perdurera pendant les heures suivant le traitement, voire même les jours suivants.

 

Healing session information:

 

Before beginning the session, the therapist will take a moment to get to know you. This will enable him or her to understand your intentions regarding the healing session, as well as answer any questions you may have. The session lasts about an hour and takes place in comfortable conditions. The healing does not require any physical manipulation. It is not necessary for you to remove your clothing.

Before lying down comfortably on the massage table, the therapist will ask you to remain standing for a few moments, in order to proceed in adjusting your posture. During the session, you are encouraged to express what you are feeling. For the therapist, this is precious information which will allow him or her to determine the areas of your body that particularly need energy.

Throughout the healing session, a feeling of relaxation and wellbeing will progressively settle into you, bringing about a decrease in tensions and any pain you may have. Once the session is completed, you will be given a few moments to become more alert and gently get up from the massage table. The therapist will then invite you to share your impressions and will again answer any questions you may have. You will notice that the effects of the healing session are immediate. The energetic healing will continue to work for several hours after the treatment, even for days afterwards.
