Atop the list of topics discussed is the power of listening. Trainees will emerge from this session with a strong knowledge in how to process, analyze, and act on managerial forms of communication in a professional manner. Categories: Communication Basics, Ways to Communication, Listening, Presentation Category Descriptions: Communication Basics: Using a basic model of communication, trainees will be taught how to analyze communication from the perspective of the one sending the message and consequently act in a courteous manner. Ways to Communicate: This category of the module covers different types of communication platforms and addresses how employees must adapt their reactions to each of these platforms in order to maintain coherence and optimize performance. Listening:  As the most essential form of communication, listening skills are tantamount to the performance of any employee in any work environment. In this category we will discuss the science and art behind listening; including methods to increase our perception and harness our full potential as communicators. Presentation: This section will address how employees should properly perform informative and sales-based presentations. Redéfinissez, densifiez ou restructurez vos sourcils pour vous sentir parfaite à tout âge et à chaque moment de la journée. Ainsi, bénéficiez d'une simple teinture ou d'une restructuration complète des sourcils qui tient environ 1 mois.Comment se déroule la prestation coloration des sourcils au henné ?Dans un premier temps, le/la technicien(ne) va procéder à une épilation des sourcils à la pince ou au fil, de manière à avoir une base de travail parfaite afin de vous proposer une forme adaptée à votre regard. Une fois la forme validée, le/la technicien(ne) choisit la couleur de la teinture en mélangeant plusieurs nuances. Il/elle applique ensuite le henné, directement sur la peau, à l'aide d'un pinceau. Enfin, après avoir laissé poser environ 30 minutes, il/elle retire l'excédent en douceur. La technique est réalisée en une seule fois et est indolore.
