We all have busy lives and sometimes just the thought of having to spend more time shopping and preparing healthy meals can be overwhelming.  I help provide a road map so it doesn't seem quite so big anymore.  I teach you how to navigate a grocery store, read food labels and start to truly take control of your health.  We learn about food prep and how to invest your time wisely in your kitchen.

Before the class we will discuss any dishes that interest you, and I will send you a list of other options that you might enjoy.

My family can't get enough of these little bites! They are super easy to make and are an excellent alternative to chips, packaged granola bars and unhealthy snacks.  In this workshop we will make 3 different kinds of protein energy bites for you to enjoy.  Class size can go up to 5 people.  For larger groups, please contact me to make accommodations.  Price will increase for groups over 5.
