Intimacy concerns can best be addressed by assessing what is going on outside of the bedroom that may be blocking you from freely expressing your sexual energy.  

During this one hour video session we can cover topics such as:

- Seed retention

- Pleasure techniques

- Improving communication

- Enhancing romance

- Building a safe container

- Identifying underlying emotions that blocks intimacy

- Creating new healthy patterns and habits

- Finding confidence in your sexual embodiment
