This service will provide the assistance needed to build knowledge and confidence to attack the weight room with a specific goal in mind.

Meet with a Sound Body Fitness trainer in order to find out what you and your body needs. The assessment will take 30 minutes or less, and this time will allow the trainer to examine what you can and cannot do. The consultation will follow the assessment, and it will consist of a conversation between you and the trainer about your "body goals," and other important factors that will play a role in your fitness journey.

This program is for beginners, who are new to the gym setting, and currently do not workout. This program is also great for those who have never worked out; but we recommend you consult one of our personal trainers if you have any concerns. This program will get you back into the groove of exercising properly. This program is designed with 8 days of exercise, which is a frequency of 2 workouts per week.

This program is for those who are familiar with the gym setting, and have worked out regularly in the past 2 years. This program will allow for ample improvement in a variety of areas including strength, posture, stability, work capacity, and control. This program is designed with 12 days of exercise, which is a frequency of 3 workouts per week.

This 45-minute exercise class is hosted every Tuesday and Thursday by DDP Yoga Certified Instructor, Bryan Durren. Bryan teaches the DDP Yoga techniques that helped him lose weight, gain strength/flexibility & reduce pain; all with minimal joint impact. The program is good for all ages, fitness and experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel. A chest strap heart monitor is highly recommended.

We ride to heart pumping music in this fun, energetic workout. 

Indoor cycling is designed to target all fitness levels, allowing you to follow the instructor or scale back! Safe for everyone. Get lost in the ride and get your sweat on! 

Due to the limited number of bikes, please do not sign up for this class unless you're sure you'll be able to attend.

KT Tape is an elastic sports and fitness tape designed for muscle, ligament and tendon pain relief and support. It is applied along muscles, ligaments, and tendons to provide a light weight, external support.

This class is hosted by Jon. Two unique style workouts are fused together for one high energy workout! Kick off your workout on the bike with a 20-minute ride with sprints, hill climbs and heavy resistance. Follow your ride with HIIT Circuit (High intensity interval training)! This class will give you a mix of plyometrics, body weight, strength and core intervals. Strengthen your muscles, burn calories, kick up your heart rate, and push your limits, this is the total body experience.

This class is hosted by Kaila. Kaila is an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for fitness, currently pursuing a fitness certification through the NASAM. She currently works as full-time teacher’s assistant but the thing that gives her life is catching a beat on the bike. In the past year and a half, she has lost 35lbs, dropped a couple pant sizes, and started to tone and gain muscle. Being active was one thing but working out was another challenge and her nutrition was everywhere. With some help, Kaila learned to properly workout, how to fuel her body, and gained a lot of confidence along the way.

She knows there are always things she can work on, but her goal isn’t to just lose weight anymore. With a different mindset, a healthier lifestyle has formed and it’s all finally clicked! She is so happy with the confidence she has found in myself. Her open book personality and spunky attitude are huge assets to the team! Follow her moto, “Don’t give up because you’re worth it!”

This class is hosted on rotation by Tracie/Kaila. HIIT gives you a mix of plyometrics, body weight, strength and core intervals. Strengthen your muscles, burn calories, kick up your heart rate, and push your limits, this is the total body experience.
