Welcome to Georgia's Power Pilates , I’m a Pilates-based instructor currently qualified at Level 3 (MAP) and working towards my Level 4 certification. My passion is helping others feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies through mindful movement. My classes focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and supporting mobility for all levels. Whether you’re returning to exercise postpartum, looking to enhance your fitness, or simply wanting to move and feel better day to day, my aim is to create a welcoming and supportive space where you can progress at your own pace.团队组成
