Welcome to Georgia's Power Pilates, I’m a Pilates-based instructor currently qualified at Level 3 and working towards my Level 4 certification. My passion is helping others feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies through mindful movement. My classes focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and supporting mobility for all levels.
