Hello, I'm Sousou!Over the past decade, I've gradually developed an original approach out of my own personal practice and I'm so pleased to share it with you. We will focus on breathing coherently during our exercises, deep concentration, movement and mindful motion. Together we will explore the Chakra system based on its nature, element and vibration.You will be able to have a great body alignment, flexibility, better nutrition, easier breathing, clearer mindset, improved expression of emotion, regulated hormones and increased personal development whilst keeping it holistic and disciplined.
