Together, we deliver soul-igniting, beat-driven classes designed for everyone. At TLC Fitness, the focus goes beyond physical fitness. I am passionate about supporting mental wellbeing, inclusivity, and meeting people exactly where they are on their journey. Every class celebrates and empowers all bodies — across all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Classes are inclusive, vibrant, welcoming, and completely stress-free.ABOUT THE CLASS: For this class you will need a yoga mat and plenty of water!
