I am passionate about supporting mental wellbeing, inclusivity, and meeting people exactly where they are on their journey. Every class celebrates and empowers all bodies — across all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Classes are inclusive, vibrant, welcoming, and completely stress-free.ABOUT THE CLASS: For this class you will need a yoga mat and plenty of water! You can pay cash, card or bank transfer on the door in class. FIRST CLASS IS FREE! £5 drop in or £20 for 5 classes VALID 6 WEEKS! You can pay cash, card or bank transfer on the door in class.
