Mixed practice in my studio one hour class with time to move, stretch, strengthen, breathe and relax

This is the perfect class if you would like to go a bit deeper with your practice. We will take more time with breath and meditation. And spend longer with postures and moving practice, often using different techniques and approaches to work with the body. We often take a focus with  certain areas of the body too. It finishes with a long relaxation including a short sound bath. This class really aims to nourish you and help you connect in with your body and explore the asanas.
