Soothe with Siobhan is a wellbeing practice offering slow, gentle, and accessible movement for people of all ages and stages. The work is rooted in the belief that slowing down is essential for nervous system health, rest, and long term wellbeing.Siobhan is a certified yoga teacher who is continually learning, practising, and deepening her understanding of slow and gentle movement and its benefits. Her teaching is calm, supportive, and inclusive, with a strong focus on creating safe, welcoming spaces where everyone can move in a way that feels right for them.The classes offered include slow and gentle yoga, accessible chair yoga, Slow Yoga, Gentle Play for parents and carers with children present, and separate sensory play sessions for little ones. Each offering is designed with care, allowing space for regulation, connection, and ease.Alongside regular classes, Soothe with Siobhan also offers retreats and meditation sessions, as well as hand blended essential oil massage oils created with intention and care. Everything Siobhan shares is guided by a desire to soothe the nervous system and support a more gentle, grounded way of living.
