So we are taking it outside, putting our shoes on & getting our heart rates up, this will be an EMOM (every minute on the minute) based class for 30 mins of high intensity workout.
Rounds of Resistance

So we are taking it outside, putting our shoes on & focusing on our strength. This workout will require a level of resistance (DB/KB/resistnace band) & will be a full body workout, 30 min class broken into various rounds.
