She is passionate about education and holds a Master of Science degree as well as numerous certifications.

Jon began teaching during his Sophomore year in college alongside his chemistry and psychology professors, learning their teaching methods and gaining teaching experience along the way. He has now been a full-time PSAT, SAT, and ACT tutor for more than 12 years.His teaching approach is based on methods backed by educational research, with a focus on combining simple, effective ways to teach content with proven test strategies and adaptive test prep planning to achieve impressive score improvements. Jon's knowledge of multiple approaches to each concept allows him to tailor lessons to fit each student’s unique learning style. Matthew Muzzarelli

Matthew Muzzarelli is an SAT/ACT tutor and teacher with more than 12 years of experience working with motivated students all across Broward and Palm Beach counties. His educational resume includes being the Educational Director for a private tutoring company where he wrote and developed SAT/ACT online apps as well as face-to-face training programs for students at all skill levels. Matthew has been elected teacher of the year several times over the past decade. He has taught math to children as young as the second grade all the way through MCAT preparation. Mrs. Polentas has dedicated over 40 years to education, including the past 18 as Director of College and Academic Advising at the Palm Beach campus of American Heritage School, where she has guided countless students in building strong college admission profiles. Her career spans teaching at every level from Pre-K through university, including 17 years as an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University, where she taught courses on multicultural education and teacher preparation. She has authored multicultural curriculum for Palm Beach County schools, co-authored chapters in Global Perspectives for Educators (1999), and served in diverse roles on campus ranging from Disabilities and Testing Coordinator to middle school and international student advisor. Holding degrees from Rutgers University and Florida Atlantic University, she is also an active member of several national and regional counseling associations. Bilingual in Greek and English, Mrs. Polentas brings a wealth of expertise, compassion, and advocacy to her students, while cherishing her roles as YiaYia to four grandchildren, musician, craft enthusiast, and active community volunteer.
