My nursing consultation practice is dedicated to supporting patients through every stage of the surgical journey, with a strong focus on safe recovery, patient education, and confidence after surgery. Drawing on extensive experience as a PACU (Post-Anaesthesia Care Unit) nurse, I provide education-based guidance to help patients understand their bodies, their recovery, and what to expect as they heal.I specialize in pre and post-operative care and anesthesia recovery education, particularly for patients undergoing plastic and cosmetic surgeries, where attentive aftercare and clear guidance are essential. My approach is calm, personalized, and practical, bridging the gap between medical instructions and real-life recovery at home.Through one-on-one consultations, I empower patients and caregivers with clear, evidence-based nursing education on incision and wound care, recognizing warning signs, pain-management strategies (non-prescriptive), nutrition and hydration for healing, and adherence to discharge instructions.
