Those sessions are focused on building your physical and mental strength, but most importantly on teaching you the right technique and preventing injuries!
These yoga classes are tailored to meet your unique needs.
You will:
* Learn correct movement patterns
* Get individual corrections and body adjustments.
* Improve your strength and endurance
* Learn cleansing techniques and how to use energy locks (Bandhas)
* Improve your current technique, or learn it from scratch - correctly!
* Understand your body by connecting the breath and movement
* Improve your joints mobility and flexibility
* Keep your body young and fresh
Faster progress can be achieved through regular practice, correct body alignment and breathwork.
My classes will lead you to understand your body and to deepen the connection within, make your practice enjoyable and full of motivating energy!
