This session can be done in a group, individually, virtual and in-person, and in a public, local setting. I teach and offer suggestions on how you can practice mindfulness in your life when handling yourself and others.Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

This is a writing session with a provided, guided writing prompt. Some prompts are pre-thought but some can be customized in the moment. However, all writing prompts are intuitively guided and given to aid in the healing your trauma, mental and emotional growth, maturing, soul nurturing, and/or for the recharging of your soul. If you have any prompts you wish to use in the moment instead of using the one that I provide, that is welcomed and encouraged. I will only suggest that the writing prompt you use relates to the specific healing I intend for your session. Bring notebook and writing utensils.This workshop can be done in a group or individually and can be accessed virtual or in-person.
