Depending on your needs, sessions may incorporate Lymphstar- Lymphatic Enhancement Technology (LET), Vibration Therapy, Lymphapress Compression and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage.LET Lymphstar has been shown to provide significantly greater lymphatic stimulation efficiency compared to manual lymphatic drainage alone, due to its ability to deliver consistent, rhythmic stimulation across larger areas of the body simultaneously. In some applications, this may equate to several times the lymphatic movement achieved through hands-on techniques alone.Each treatment is individually designed, using one or multiple modalities to gently encourage lymphatic movement, fluid balance and tissue detoxification.Cold Plunge for 2 minutes is optional at 11-12 degrees post Lymphatic Treatments- so bring your bathers if you think this could be for you!
