At Lewa, consultations are a vital part of delivering high-quality, safe, and personalised hair services. To ensure the best results for every client, we operate two levels of consultation:1. Mandatory Consultation Form (All Clients)All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to their appointment.This applies to every service, without exception.The consultation form allows us to:Understand your hair history and current hair conditionIdentify any allergies, sensitivities, or previous chemical treatmentsAssess the suitability of your selected serviceEnsure all health, safety, and professional standards are metPlease note:Failure to complete the consultation form may result in your appointment being delayed, adjusted, or cancelled.2. In-Depth Face-to-Face Consultation (£15)For advanced or higher-risk services, a face-to-face consultation is mandatory before an appointment can proceed.This applies to, but is not limited to:Hair dye / colour servicesColour correctionsBleaching or lightening servicesTexture releases, relaxers, or chemical treatmentsMajor hair transformations or detailed hair analysisConsultation Details:Cost: £15Duration: Approximately 20–30 minutesPayment: Required at the time of bookingWhat’s Included in the In-Depth ConsultationDuring your face-to-face consultation, our specialists will carry out a comprehensive assessment, which may include:Detailed hair and scalp analysisPatch testing (where required for colour or chemical services)Review of hair history and previous treatmentsColour theory assessment and shade suitabilityHair health evaluation and risk assessmentStyle, length, and maintenance recommendationsHonest professional advice on what can and cannot be safely achievedA personalised service plan and aftercare guidanceThis process ensures realistic expectations, protects the integrity of your hair, and allows us to achieve the best possible results.Important NotesThe £15 consultation fee is non-refundablePatch testing may be required 3–5 days prior to your appointment and is mandatory where applicableLewa reserves the right to decline or modify any service if hair health or safety may be compromisedOur consultation process is designed to protect both our clients and our stylists, while maintaining the premium standards Lewa is known for.If you are unsure whether you require a face-to-face consultation, please contact us before booking
