    GARY IS AMAZING

    I’ve never had a PT before so I was little nervous about it but as soon as I had 1 session with Gary I knew he would be the best person to help me on my journey. Gary is caring, encouraging, enthusiastic and all around amazing person and PT. I couldn’t ask for a better PT to help me on my journey. I am the biggest pickiest eater ever but Gary has adjusted so much to help me with my protein / eating habits to still get me to my goal. Gary also is absolute laugh, I enjoy all my sessions with him, he is so easy to talk to and brings my up especially when I’m having a bad day, within 5 mins of a session I'm more than likely laughing!

    First month review

    I have been training with Gary for 4 weeks now and have loved it. He really puts you at ease and is so friendly and approachable. He is so knowledgeable and has taught me a lot about technique. I’ve also learnt the importance of protein and he’s introduced me to Tofu????. He will push you and get the most out of you and be warned, if he thinks you can cope with an extra weight, he’ll be there ready to add one !

    Great Personal Trainer

    Gary is an amazing personal trainer. He keeps you motivated and makes you work hard. He has really helped me build confidence using different equipment at the gym and has made me feel confident overall. We have a laugh and he also makes working out exciting which makes it more fun.

    Saturday Bootcamp

    The word Bootcamp can sometimes fill you with dread, not this session. Always fun and enjoyable, great motivators, Gary and his team. A good mixture of strength training and cardio, all set to a soundtrack that keeps us going. I always look forward to this Bootcamp, thank you.

    Best Personal Trainer

    The best personal trainer I ever had!!!!!!!! Gary is very approachable and has a lot of knowledge in the field. I was feeling a bit anxious because since lockdown I wasn’t keeping up with my workout and there was not even a hint of judgment from him... he was understanding and really professional... Not to mention that I’m very happy with the results.

    Simply the best

    This personal trainer has a positive energy he is very welcoming and sets goals and targets that is reachable, also he pushes you at your own pace. I would recommend to use this service as you can see progress and results, with a personal trainer who is simply the best. Give it a try you won't be disappointed....
