Library Hall Rental

The name and address on bill or I.D. must match information provided in this form.
Rental comes in a standard setup which includes 10 large round tables and 40 large white plastic chairs. Additional chairs and rectangular tables are available with appropriate notice. Includes use of the warming kitchen, a walkthrough serving room with 2 serving tables, ice machine, and refrigerator. Additional space for beverage service. Room includes a raised stage area for presentations.
A $125 refundable damage/cleaning deposit must be submitted 48 hours prior to your event date. Deposits are refunded within 48 hours of a satisfactory walkthrough.

Rental come in standard setup which includes main hall w/performance arts stage/lighting, limited use of kitchen, glass enclosed east entry, and 15-25 rectangular 6' tables. Each table typically has 4-6 metal folding chairs each (additional chairs are available upon request), use of bathrooms, and use of the north and large east parking lot for guest parking.
