Hear how they grow from seed to table or as we say – ‘from our shore to your door’. We invite you to harvest, shuck, prepare and enjoy your oysters in our tasting room overlooking Clew Bay’s idyllic shores.
This VIP Experience is punctuated with live traditional Irish music performed by a member of the Gannon family. Each VIP receives a take home gift hamper at the conclusion of the tasting and pairing experience.
