Relaxing and much needed

It was good to have a session today. Been so stressed out. I forgot my AirPods and thoughts of things I still had to do would infringe periodically but still good all around. Must remember to do another session soon!

Relaxing and what I needed

It was great to have this. I keep forgetting to book myself into a session. So glad I did. I picked the Thai extend. It was a bit hard to keep my thoughts about things to that I had to do from infringing but all in all, a very relaxing experience.

Me Time

Today l made the decision to treat myself and booked the sauna and massage instead of doing a class, 45 minutes of bliss. I left very relaxed and dripping with sweating. I will definitely be making this a regular treat

Lovely new facility

I love this infrared sauna. I’ve used a few in my time, this one is especially good because it heats quickly and you have full control of the temperature settings. Which is great if you enjoy it super hot like me.

Highly recommended

I chose the Thai massage and the red light sauna. The 45min flew and I feel wonderful. I’ll be making it a regular occurrence

HNR Wellness Zone

The rooms are stylish and calm. The massage chair is easy to use. It begins by taking your body measurements and you can choose an all over massage or target a specific area. I choose the Thai massage which really gets in and loosens up your muscles. The infra red sauna is a divine experience. I choose the red light for overall health and increases collagen production. Very relaxing and a great way to care for your self. I have also tried the oxygen and found it very relaxing and refreshing.

Pure Zen

Just a lovely experience that keeps giving all day. And I don't do relaxation well!
