A 45-minute session includes your choice of an entire 45-minute sauna session or a 30-minute sauna and 15-minute massage. More extended massage options are available; see reception for details.
Each session includes a 5-minute buffer for you to change and tidy up your area. We suggest if using the sauna, you turn this on as soon as you enter the room, then prepare your clothing/towel. This way, the sauna will be warming up before you enter.
