Not Happy With Dip/Gel by Different Nail Tech

I usually don't complain, but usually Queenie or Texh 2 do my nails, always look good! But this time a few days ago, I do not actually like my nails... it was a 6:30 appointment so too late to have fixed or redone that day. She did not polish good at all and the gel has lumps and the edges are not smooth... after I come back from out of town, I'm having it removed. I will go back to selecting only Queenie to do my nails, or tech 2 if Queenie is busy. I wasn't happy this time at all! She needs to practice getting all the way to edges so gel doesn't draw up and leave gaps, and also not filing too short, shaping from front and back of nail, and smoothing any lumps... a few nails are ok but most are very noticeable and I'm used to my nails always being done nicely and looking good every time.

Loved my nails

I was very nervous because it was my first time getting acrylic nails but they looked awesome and the ladies there were very nice!

Acrylic application

I didn’t have to wait at all which was great my nail tech was professional but didn’t really talk to me. Two of my acrylics were completely different shapes and lengths from the rest and the polish wasn’t applied all the way to the root. The color and design looks fine but i’ll probably be looking for a different salon in the future

Infinity Nails Experience

I was not pleased with the service. I thought they could have had a lil more customer service and interaction instead of running you through like a cattle sale barn. The experience for my daughter first time getting nails done was a horrible experience the tech did not listen to what she wanted she wanted short nails and explained that she worked in the health care field and needed short nails when she asked for shorter nail tech refused and then the tech was so annoyed and unfocused she failed to clear coat a nail on my daughter. I am taking her to the place I normally get my nails done to have them removed she does not want to go back. So I am spending more money to have them removed and just a gel polish on her regular nails. I am just so upset that it cost so much money to have this done for her first time experience and to have the non customer service. I am hoping this review and all the other negative reviews will get their attention and be better focused on the client and what the client wants the client is always right.
