About the company

This 2-week evening training, held from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, is designed to give participants practical knowledge of Primavera P6 and project planning. During the sessions, participants will learn how to create and set up projects, develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), create and organize activities, establish activity relationships, assign durations and calendars, and develop a workable project schedule.The training will also cover resource and cost loading, baseline creation, project updating, progress tracking, schedule analysis, critical path identification, variance analysis, and project reporting. Participants will work through practical examples to understand how Primavera P6 is applied in real project planning, monitoring, and control.
