About the company
This 2-week evening training, held from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, is designed to give participants practical knowledge of Primavera P6 and project planning. During the sessions, participants will learn how to create and set up projects, develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), create and organize activities, establish activity relationships, assign durations and calendars, and develop a workable project schedule.The training will also cover resource and cost loading, baseline creation, project updating, progress tracking, schedule analysis, critical path identification, variance analysis, and project reporting.
