This year has been hard on us all, especially new parents. Lockdown has taken its toll and many of us have become isolated and don't know how to reach out and connect with our peers. But... YOU are not alone!! ✨ There are lots of us feeling the same way, which is why I've created a tot's class not just for the kids but parents too.The class is split into 2 halves, ⭐45min play session - Bond with your child with an engaging instructor-led tots class. With lots of activities such as nursery rhymes, parachute games and disco dancing. Your tot will love bobbing their little bums to the music ⭐30min wellbeing chat (optional) - Enjoy a cuppa and chat with us about the day to day stresses of being a parent. Say as much or as little as you want, there's no pressure, it's more about getting peer support and connecting with others. Plus the little ones can have playtime with kids their age...................................................................................................This class is aimed at preschool-aged walking tots roughly 1-3yrs.If you have a younger baby you are still welcome to book but they might be a little too small for some of the activities.Drop me an email if you would like to chat and find out more.Limited slots available, booking is required in advance
