This is your first booking if you have decided to go ahead with a Herbal medicine and or Nutrition program. This session is a detailed analysis of your health now and a careful look at your past health history. It may also include physical examination if appropriate and with your consent. You are required to complete an initial health screen and contract before attending this appointment. Please contact us if you have not already received your forms.

These sessions are to ensure that you are on the right supplements, herbal prescription and to keep you on track with your nutrition goals. If you are are taking herbal medicine, it will be supplied during these sessions.
