About the company

I am currently working out of the Sunshine Cafe and Yoga Healing room in Penryn on Thursdays. I look forward to welcoming you into this new space with me.I offer remedial, deep tissue and sports massage with the aim of reducing pain and muscle tension, improving flexibility and movement and helping to maintain a good sense of mental and physical wellbeing. My passion is to help enable and encourage bodies to thrive so we can achieve and enjoy all that life has to offer us. Nobody wants to be held back by pain or restriction, we want freedom to move and express ourselves!Having built my own busy practice in Bristol over the last 12 years, I am an experienced, versatile and confident practitioner. I have worked with new mums, athletes, runners, yogis, circus performers, office workers, builders and roofers…tailoring treatments to fit with how each individual uses their body. Having worked in clinics alongside chiropractors and physios, I know my capabilities and have also gained a lot of insight into how our bodies adapt and what change and improvements are possible.Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions you may have or any problems you have whilst booking. This site is designed to take prepayment so please use this if you can.I am a member of the Massage Training Institute (MTI) and follow their governing guidelines.
